Terms of Service

By using this website or engaging Concrete Cowboys LLC for concrete services, you agree to the following terms.

Estimates & Quotes

All written estimates are valid for 30 days from the issue date. Pricing is based on conditions visible at the time of inspection; concealed conditions discovered during excavation may require change orders.

Payment Terms

Standard residential terms are 30% deposit at scheduling, 40% upon material delivery and form set, and 30% upon completion. Commercial terms are negotiated per contract.

Workmanship Warranty

All flatwork carries a 5-year workmanship warranty against installation defects. Concrete is a natural material and minor surface cracking may occur; this is not considered a defect unless it affects structural integrity or exceeds industry tolerances. Foundation slabs carry separate warranty terms outlined in your contract.

Site Conditions

Customer is responsible for marking private utilities (sprinklers, low-voltage lines, propane, etc.) prior to excavation. Concrete Cowboys LLC will arrange public utility locates through 811.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the contract value of the work performed. We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance; certificates available on request.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in Harris County, Texas.
